CERAMIC FORMULA
ceramic brake pads are usually your most expensive option for replacement pads. Made from ceramic materials mixed with copper fibers, ceramic pads were designed for driver comfort. They are the least noisy, produce very little messy brake dust, and are stable over a wide range of temperatures. And they last the longest. Ceramic pads also provide a firmer brake pedal than other formula pads. They do not perform quite as well as other pads in extreme cold and are not well-suited to performance use. But ceramic brake pads are quiet, comfortable, and durable pads, excellent for daily driving.
ADVANTAGE:
Low heat fade
High temperature resistance
Heavy metal free in it
Scorching process,no noise and dust
Very low wear for rotors
Long life (over 50% longer than semi metallic)
With OE designed shims, slots and chamfer
DISADVANTAGE:
Highest cost
Not suitable for heavy vehicles
SEMI-METALLIC FORMULA
Semi-metallic are made for performance. They are made with a high percentage of steel, iron, copper, and other metals that increase their stopping power. Semi-metallic brake pads are also more durable and heat-resistant than other pads and work over the widest range of temperatures.
ADVANTAGE:
Low Lost
Stable performance anti high-temperature without fade
DISADVANTAGE:
Low friendly with disc low comfort
LOW METALLIC FORMULA
Multiple formulations are optional;
High friction coefficient, low dust, low noise and suitable for different braking circumstances; Economical and comfortable.
ADVANTAGE:
No noise
Friendly with disc
Very stable performance
Scorching process
Good comfort (Compare with semi-metallic)
DISADVANTAGE:
Short wearness (Compare with semi-metallic)
Higher cost (Compare with semi-metallic)
